"This place is nothing but a dumpster fire. Take it from a real tenant. If I could only give it no stars I would, but for the sake of leaving this comment I have to give it one star. I moved in early January of this year, and upon arrival I was met with the previous tenants belongings with also not having had the walls and damages fixed and noted along with dirty carpet. In the lease it says that you get $175 taken out of your $300 deposit. So that when you move out they clean the floors and paint the walls. I have asked many times to have it just noted that I want all my money back because it wasn't ready for me upon move in. So why should I have to pay for the next tenant to have a clean apartment when I didn't get that luxury. Along with that I have had a recent raccoon attack in the parking lot and it attacked my dog. They were stating multiple times that " There is nothing We can do." and that it was "My fault" for being in the woods, when I wasn't I was in the parking lot. This all coming from the apartment manager. If you know anything about rabies the dog owner has only 3 days to receive the proper medical treatment or they have to surrender the dog to animal control for disposal. Even if your dog has had their boosters you have to quarantine the dog for 45 days with no exposer to any other animals present and complete isolation. I said to Hannah the apartment manager that you're going to receive my vet bills for the exam and the vaccine. Sounded resistant to the idea. When asked " What if the raccoon bit me?" her response was " I'm not a lawyer and not telling you what you can do." She sounded that if I were attacked she wouldn't pay for my hospital bills either. Just the name of the game at Summit Ridge! Just make sure that any future tenants are up to date on the Rabies vaccine, Human or Canine before moving in because you'll need it. From your neighbor down the hall. #IWILLNOTBERESIGNINGMYLEASEWITHYOUREGARDLESSABOUTYOURPRIZESFORDOINGSO"
"Coming from a rental property this place is great. Decent amenities including a pool and super fast maintenance. Maybe a bit pricey but overall good experience."
"I moved in here for school and honestly i would give it 5 stars if it weren't for two inconveniences that were rather annoying. The first was that the call I was supposed to get informing me to move my car so they can plow the roads didn't come through, so they towed my car and charged me 80 bucks (this was also the first plow of the year). The second is one of the shuttle drivers would never get to the stop on time and would leave early often (i had missed some important lectures because of that driver). Other than that, the place is very clean, everyone is nice and the other shuttle driver was a really funny dude. Honestly I'd give them a 4.5 out of 5 if i could but it only allows 1 or no stars."
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are only concerned about getting your money and not concerned about the well being of their tenants. It takes multiple days to put in a maintenance request and it only takes 2 hours for them to tell your car if you don't have a visitor parking pass even after hours. Expectations for parking are not clearly marked. And the tow company and telephone number is not posted publicly by the visitor parking. It takes 4 years to get into the apartment you originally requested when you applied. And there is a lack of communication for removing vehicles whe the snow needs to be removed. Even if you have a parking permit a visitor parking permit or anything of the like they will still tell your car and they won't tell you where it goes. The apartments are nice on the inside yes. The way you feel at "home" Is un acceptable."
"I absolutely love it here. I rented with this company for two of my years as a student at campus park, and now live in a one bedroom with my fiancé in the 801 building. The money is worth it. We feel so at home here and love the apartment. Neighbors are quiet, amenities are wonderful, and we love our corner deck. Haven’t had many issues with management; a couple years ago my car was towed by mistake and they reimbursed me for the fees, so no harm done. Summit is a bit more “career age” adult-friendly than boulder, which seems more full of students! Just for some info. The shuttle to the schools is great too. Highly reccomend."
