"The residents are wonderful and truly care about their families, homes and community. The property manager contracted by HRA, DSW, has been a total disaster—controlling and micro managing all aspects of tenants lives 24/7. Yet the management office on the property is locked all day long (they will NOT unlock door if you know) and they do not answer a call. They will screen calls and voicemails and not return calls until 2-3 days later, if at all."

"Never have maintenance or upkeep. Appliances never work right. Volatile and abusive property management. Child gangs, criminal neighbors, drugs. Had two shootings while I stayed there. Children's parks are safety hazards. I hope the city of Duluth demolishes it."

"Our daughter was stuck in the snow there while picking up I client. Upon helping her we were confronted by 3 black thugs. Threats were made on our lives. I wouldn't advise going in that area unless you are armed."

"Went to pick my girlfriend up to go out to eat and on 3 different occasions was harassed by gang members for being white. Horrible place and area. Management doesn't care either..."

"Lived here 6 yrs and I do not have not 1 complaint. Maintenance is on point, staff is super nice, town homes r nice, private parking space, nice landscape, and the view is breathtaking !"
