"FAKE PHOTO Dog conduct and safety is not a priority at this building, beware. A "service dog" broke through a patio screen door charging directly at my guest, I and 2 small dogs ready to attack, barking and acting wild. It caused a situation resulting in injury to me personally then was loose and I had to next ensure the owner was at home in order to secure it again and make sure it was not running freely now to attack others more vulnerable, a child, elderly person, another dog out with its owner. No real concern was given by either the dog owner or Sherman & Associates management. As soon as management was in the building I reported it and absolutely nothing happened to amend the situation, nor was I given any access to the report. Maintenance and dog safety is slim. I was told the oversized dog of the building has a Service license. No true Service Dog I've ever seen attacks other people and animals on a pleasant walk during a beautiful day breaking a screen in the meantime, ha! Additionally as I have talked to other residents. A dog that lunges at others when passed by which also must be over the 30 lb limit and is very powerful and not trained except to be held back by an owner, lunged right up on another resident, paws up to her chest when an elevator door opened with her on the other side. Apparently complaints have been thrown in the garbage from a past manager. The pet policy is a legality to cover the property owner in cases just like these, however pet safety is everyday."

"I love living at Highland Chateau! It is peaceful, spacious and the hallways and stairways are immaculate. The laundry rooms are spacious, clean and they are free to use! Kudos to the manager, Audra!"

"So very disappointed in the apartment complex. Cleaning staff is terrible. Our lobby and stairwells are not very clean. Have complained many times with no change. New washing machines but laundry room dirty all the time. Have to clean up before doing laundry. Snow removal a problem this year. Not shoveled out till 8 pm. This makes it hard for people with walkers to get out and go to their doctor appointments. It is great that you allow dogs now. You made a dog park for them, but you can't get to it. So dogs pee on sidewalks and in the yards. We also have had them go in the hallways. Love our apartment, but to walk the halls it is so bad. New furniture put in areas never cleaned or dusted."

"They will give you a bad name. It takes them months to fix things that are broken. They are not military friendly."
