"Saw Dr. Meyer for a preventative health visit on 10/04/22. The experience with Dr. Meyer himself was very positive and a good experience. Unfortunately, after the appointment I was billed for two appointments that my insurance would not cover and was left with an outstanding balance though preventative health visits should be covered through my current insurance provider. I followed up with Bellin's billing department via phone and Dr. Meyer's support staff via MyChart message and they were unable to assist me in understanding the coding/billing from my appointment or assisting me with rescheduling of follow up appointments to make them more financially feasible based on my insurance. I would recommend the in-person experience with Dr. Meyer, but not the follow up or support from staff at Bellin in between appointments."
