"Dr Steffin and Nurse Kevin! Skilled, great bedside manners, thorough answers and a calm team. Despite being a complex patient, they win bonus points from me for clear communication, effort and care. (Tip: the surgeon’s schedule may run off track. Why? Because he offers a patient all the time they need.)"

"Don't really see the logic behind putting a person through so much physical pain just to teach them how to live with pain. It's like punching someone in the face when they complain about back ache and say, "well, now your face hurts, bet you're not thinking about your back now. That'll be 1750 dollars." Such a wasted profession. Went once and left there in more pain than when I came in. Will never go back. I can put my insurance to better use."
