First Choice Dental

"I've had 4 or 5 fillings replaced here and regular cleanings for two years, all on Delta Dental insurance. Very friendly front desk staff. On my most recent visit, I forgot my HSA card and they graciously allowed me to call in later and give the payment info. They have an off-site call center that takes calls from all locations, and I've had good experiences there too. I've seen Dr. Brad and, most often, Dr. Austin, who I highly recommend. Great chair-side manner and was much more willing to answer questions than other dentists I've seen. Hygienists nondescript but friendly. The location provides great views of the Yahara riverway from the chair, which is a plus. Not a fan of the huge TVs hung above each chair. There's street parking which seems reliably available, but I always bike over. The building is right off the bike path, with nice riverside bike parking--and you can keep an eye on your bike from the procedure room. All in all, this is a friendly and capable dentist's office and I'd recommend them to anyone."

"I believe Lauren was the woman that took care of my teeth cleaning and she was super awesome! Very knowledgeable and very professional and charismatic! She made sure I was comfortable at all times and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Not sure if you can request her but if you can I definitely recommend it!"

"I love this office. I have had terrible dentist experiences in the past and experience health anxiety. Every person I have talked to at this office is extremely friendly and compassionate. The last appointment I had was so quick and painless. Would recommend to anyone, especially students in the area. Thank you so much!"

"Best trip to the dentist ever! Right from the start I experienced such incredible treatment from the check-in desk. De Anna was so kind and made me feel welcome, important and valued- it was such an incredible feeling. The lobby is very modern with plenty of comfy seating, tv and a drink bar that included coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate, all surrounded by windows with natural light. My hygienist Laurin was incredible as well. She was super friendly and was very knowledgeable. She was gentle, very communicative throughout the whole process and a great conversationalist. They had the latest tools in dentistry such as a new water sucker which was super effective. Did I mention I was in a massage chair the entire time!!! It was so relaxing, I had trouble staying awake I was so comfy. They also had a tv in the dental office. I love going to the dentist but I imagine these ammendities may help calm someone who is nervous about going to the dentist. The dentist was incredibly kind as well. Their bathrooms are super clean and ADA accessible. Before my appointment, the administrative offices were very proactive in allowing me to fill out new patient forms before hand and they sent plenty of reminders in the form of email and text messages which I really appreciated. Overall, I had never had such a great experience at the dentist. This should be the standard for all denist offices. I am so glad I chose to come here."

"I don’t typically take the time to write reviews but I felt like I needed to run home after my first appointment with First Choice (East) to write this. Overall had a wonderful experience. They sent all of the forms I would need to fill out via email prior to my appointment which made the check in process a breeze. Was met with a very friendly front desk staff member the second I arrived. The office is incredibly spacious, modern, and welcoming. Wait time for my appointment was practically nonexistent; I arrived 10 min early and was brought back on the exact min of my appointment. I spent nearly all of my time with my hygienist, Katherine, who was amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and explained every step of the process while I was there. She was so helpful and kind! I saw Dr. Squires while I was there and she was also friendly and welcoming. I went ahead and booked my 6 month appointment right away. Check out staff was also very friendly! Seamless process from start to finish. I would completely recommend them and if you still aren’t convinced, their chairs that you sit/lay in for the exam are MASSAGE CHAIRS."
