"I was very impressed with Dr Nick, how friendly and understanding everyone is! I have had a rough time with my teeth and previous dentist and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! I especially Dr Nick did great job"
"Dr. Nik, his assistant Val, and all the staff went above and beyond to get my son in for an emergency root canal when he was in a great deal of pain. The lovely woman at the front desk volunteered to help us navigate finances and insurance, and did everything she could to get us in right away the next day. My son has anxiety about needles, but the kind staff patiently coached him through every step with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Nik's work on the root canal, filling, and crown was excellent quality. I would strongly recommend this office to any of my friends and family. It is a very busy office, but they definitely don't lack in compassion or quality of care. This staff genuinely cares about their patients."
"The people are nice though the hygienists don't communicate well in English and don't answer a lot of questions. The equipment is old and scuffed and the clinic is very loud and not very private with a lot of stuff is crammed in a small space. The biggest problem is that its dirty. They don't do a good job making sure their equipment is sanitary or wipe surfaces or furniture. I had to point out there was hair and dirt on the water hose before they stuck it in my mouth. The hygienist with a face shield covered in splatters said they could not see anything but would change it for me if i liked. This place will probably stress you out if you have a hard time going to the dentist. In and out in 30min though"
"Yesterday I stopped at the clinic at 4:00 p.m. to pay the upfront dental cost they require before any dental work is required for my husbands appointment today. When I arrived at the clinic the door was locked which struck me as weird, but a nurse let me in. She said she would go get "Rosie" to come up front and take the payment. The same person came back out a second time, and I asked why the doors were locked. Her response was because the office was closed. I specifically looked up the hours for the clinic and on their website it stated 9:00 - 6:00. I told her the hours that are posted on their website and her response was yes they really should change that. I stood out front for 20 minutes waiting for "Rosie" to come out and take my money. I even yelled could someone please just come up here and take my money. Nobody came! I left and was upset because now I have to make a special trip back there before my husbands dental appt today at noon or they won't provide the service. If it wasn't for my husband living in Madison and not far from this place I would definitely find a new dental office to take him."
"The facility isn’t high tech, they happen to use older tools, when those tools/needles get into the mouth it, it hurts so much more. The pain last longer and the hole for months. The dental hygienist can’t speak English well, can’t explain anything, even though they are nice. The doctors do answer your questions, but it feels rush and too general and very short. I came to my appointment on time, they made me wait additional hours every time. The whole experience felt like they were interested in making money of you per hour, doing unnecessary procedures, they were interested in keeping their facility from shutting down, like as if they needed to make a quota for the day. Many of their diagnosis of my teeth were unnecessary. There was a tooth that I didn’t ask to be done, they had no permission and they did it without me knowing, they took too much tooth out, just unnecessary charges, unnecessary procedures. In addition, I had a good tooth in excellent condition that needed a little filling, they did unnecessary deep work and now I need a root canal that I didn’t before. If they do something wrong, they will fix it but the damage is too far off, that the remedy doesn’t help. I recommend, buy yourself a little commercial dental coverage, can be as little as $30 a month, go somewhere else , makes a huge differences. Don’t go here."
