"Despite having issues with my new insurance company and not being able to go to my appointment, Amy at the front counter and the receptionist at the eye clinic where extremely helpful and are great at their jobs."
"Very frustrating trying to schedule anything here. Tried calling 6 times over the course of 3 days on hold for 20 minutes at a time nobody ever answered."
"The clinic is all right The problem is is when a person has eye surgery that has constant state of migraine and has neurological pain besides I do not appreciate leaving that person in pain That person should not be left to languish in pain for weeks The first surgery it was stagger Tylenol and ibuprofen which did nothing We did it again and still nothing They told her to take her whiplash medication from a different doctor times two and when I call to get her a refill from the ophthalmology center the doctor's office I haven't gotten a call back except during the hour that I wasn't available and I've told them if they cannot reach me they also have a secondary number to call no one called it either There are three numbers on file with them mine first her grandmother's second and hers third I'm disappointed to say the least and as for the information we were given something about scratches on her eye I want to know more about it because all we got were the papers she signed We didn't get checkout papers about scratches on her eye but I know they use dye on it because there was pink dye on her hand and pink dye on the gauze The only reason you use dye like that is when you're looking for scratches and the nurse brought up scratches still have no answer I am sorry for any mistakes in typing or grammatical errors as I talk to my phone because my hands have severe arthritis."
"My husband tried calling 4 separate times and never got through - sat on hold and finally hung up after 15 minutes. I tried calling two separate times. Sat on hold for over 25 minutes before hanging up."
"The physician/assistants were very unprofessional on hand hygiene practice. They didn't do hand sanitization or wear gloves before touching my baby's eye/ eyelid, resulting in the eye infections."
