"Beware... Even as an existing patient at the Otolaryngology Clinic, I was told that my next appointment would take 6 months to be seen. Where I went wrong is that I should've kept my re-occurring appointments and not taken a break to let me ear heal more before I was seen again. I loved the Nurse Practitioner I was seeing but it's not worth the risk of not knowing when your next appointment will be. The Clinic Manager is intercepting My Chart Messages to the Nurse Practitioner's so good luck getting in to be seen."
