"Overall the staff is good but I really wish they would all be on the same page. The closest location is 50 min for me and being told I would have my glasses and contacts at the same time to pick up only to have the glasses not be in is a bit frustrating. 3 weeks and counting for my glasses that in the past maybe took 1.5 weeks. Been going there for years but not sure anymore."
