"I had a very positive experience with Erika who reviewed my medications VERY thoroughly and worked with me to prescribe medications to address my depression and anxiety. She took time to get to know me and even called my electrophysiologist to discuss medications that had the potential to interfere with my AFib condition. I can't say enough good about her. I also had a very positive therapy experience with therapist Beth. She had a gentle demeanor and used the approach of listening to understand my challenges, as well as offering suggestions when I felt I'd hit a wall. The only disappointment I had with my experience at Edelweiss was that I wanted assistance with weight loss and the approach here is to focus on getting healthy and having a healthy relationship with food, not on weight loss per se. The idea is that weight loss may or may not result but "healthy at any size" is what is important. It was important to me for health reasons to make progress on actual weight loss. Because I had other big life issues to deal with, and because they don't want you "on a diet," my weight loss goals ended up on the back burner. Aside from that, I had a very good and helpful experience at Edelwiess, and I greatly respect the two women I worked with."
