"Set an dental appointment for appointment with my child, for a teeth cleaning exam. Arrived on time, and was told I did not have an appointment. It was then clarified to me that they didn't have a dental hygienist on staff that day, and the appointment had been cancelled and that they had left a voicemail. I did not receive a V.M. id don't know why you get txt for the appointment reminders but not when they are cancelled. That cost time, schooling/education, gas, etc. I also don't know why it was initially scheduled, on a day that I could not be performed..."
"Absolutely worst dental clinic with inexperienced dentists. I went in there 37 weeks pregnant they attempted to extract my wisdom tooth instead of waiting to set a appointment post pregnancy because they were supposedly worried of the infection spreading. Well after numbing my face to the point I couldn't even move my eyes they stopped mid procedure because the tooth was so deep rooted I still felt pain they just send me home. No antibiotics unable to take pain medication because of pregnancy and in bad pain. They were for some reason no longer concerned about the infection and felt no need to address that but that they didn't have enough time in this appointment to finish what they started. Literally is what I was told. took multiple phone calls to finally get a call back after speaking to my ob and get a answer for why I was not to be prescribed antibiotics for the infection they were so worried about. Come Monday and a visit to urgent care over the weekend I call the surgeon I supposedly got a referral out to to find out they still haven't even sent out my referral. I'm now informed that they will only send out referrals on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not even for a pregnant patient who has a infection and poses great risk from. The dental assistant was obviously new and did not even explain the procedure risks anything just handed me a laminated waiver of liability. The dentist squireted a large amount of lidocaine all over the inside of my mouth causing me to swallow it making it hard for me to swallow and breathe on the way home. Leading me to call my OBGYN for help. They tried to schedule me for another extraction days later with just lidocaine knowing the tooth was too deep and if I would have went they could have potentially put me even worse off then I am now. And their reason being is that doctor is more experienced than the one who worked on me which which would they have a inexperienced dentist working in triage and preforming on a pregnant woman. I now get to spend my remaining time being pregnant in pain panicking about a infection spreading to my blood or child. I would not go to this clinic ever again or recommend them to anyone. They have a history of providing terrible care."
"The doctors and nurses are seriously some if the nicest people that I have worked with. They will go out their way to make sure that you are taken care of. And when you don't feel good, it means a great deal!! Thank you!!!"
"I've been very pleased with this clinic. I have Dr weiser as my primary doctor and she is very caring. She goes above and beyond in doing her job. She also definitely takes the time to explain everything so that I understand it. I hope to have her be my doctor until I'm no longer on this Earth."
"I've never had a bad experience here, and I'm very low income. They will work with you to code your expenses so that your insurance covers it. I feel my doctor listens to me and is willing to try things that I suggest. They are willing to give me a referral whenever I need it, which is often. The receptionists are so sweet and they speak Spanish. They also have a translator for other language needs. They are sympathetic and accommodating to my blood draw phobia. I'm sorry that others had a bad experience here but it's been great for me. (I've never seen anyone treated poorly in the waiting room or pharmacy either, fyi) Thanks!"
