"My anticipated wait when I went in was 30 min but I was called back in 10 minutes. The nurses reviewed everything with me, the doctor came in, listened to me, did the exam, we discussed his findings and what the plan was and I was on my way. Very thorough and efficient."

"I have been to this clinic 3 times for 3 different things and I have always been treated amazingly. There’s hardly ever a wait time and the staff is always amazing. Today I went in for chest pain and everyone was so sweet and kind and actually cared to help me find the issue. There were med students with the nurse today who were so respectful and caring and it was so cool to see how kind the nurse was in teaching them while also caring so deeply for me. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially when it can be so scary trying an urgent care place when you’re sick or hurt."

"Dr. Raynor a new doctor I have not seen here before did such a great job. Also Logan the medical assistant, he did a great job as well. They actually listened to me and took my back pains seriously. Of which they were serious They provided great relief with some back shots and inflammatory med shots. I was very surprised. Urgent care does not often give such specialized care, but they did on my recent visit. Outstanding job"

"They checked me in at 9:30am. At some point they called me and got my weight and had me pee in a cup, then sent me to the waiting room again. I fell asleep. They called me back in at some point to check my oxygen. They had me take my work dress off and slip on a robe. I froze for about 20 minutes until the doctor walked in around 11am quickly, found out they hadn't taken my blood pressure yet and walked out to get a nurse to come in to do that. She took it twice, 2 very different readings, wrote down the good one. Then left me to wait. At about 11:15 I got my clothes back on and walked out because the doctor never came in. I wasted a whole morning there, my concerns were fatigue, shortness of breath, headache and kidney pain on both sides. I went home to go to to sleep. They are too busy to be concerned with my symptoms. I will go to the E.R. from now on and might after resting. If you want to get treated like a number, the doctor I had will definitely make you feel that way."

"I have always has great experiences here. Both me and my husband have been here multiple times. Yes, there are longer wait times at times, but that is to be expected. The wait times are ten times longer at the ER and way more expensive. Nothing is instantaneous. This current visit I have been sick for 3 weeks. Dr. Lick took his time with me and did multiple tests. The phlebotomist was superb! For someone with wonky veins and who was somewhat dehydrated she nailed it! And the nurse/helper person in the begining was so kind and listened to my long 3 week illness history. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people. My total visit was maybe an hour and a half. Great care!"
