"Booked online said would arrive in 10 minutes thought great. 25 minutes later thought may be i accidentally canceled my appt so i called was told they left 5 minutes ago woukd be with me in the next hour???? Guy from garage calls 40 minutes request for assistance time and asks whats wrong???? Told him flat tire. Said ok be there in 20 minutes. Not a good experience"

"Would have given AAA roadside assistance a zero if I had the opportunity. I have now been waiting 26 hours for a tow and have been told every excuse in the book. I have called 16 times in the span of that time. I talked to someone at 7 this morning and was told someone would be at the shop to get the truck within the next 90 minutes. Called after 2 hours and was told the same thing again. Kept calling every few hours until I talked to someone to get the ball rolling. But at that time the shop was closed and every tow company that has been tried through AAA won’t tow it because it is after hours. Called and talked to a supervisor named Tina who was very rude to me and did not show any form of customer service at all. I have now missed an appointment at the shop that it was supposed to be towed to and they are telling me that it will be handled tomorrow morning, but I can’t be there due to health reasons so I have to figure it all out because they can’t seem to do their job correctly. Took 36 hours in total. Truck was Finally delivered"

"Had AAA since 1987 used them arox 6 times in 35 years. Last winter alternator went on rv call AAA for tow they sent tow truck out and towed me to there station . 6/9/22 I get a letter that there not going to renew me for disproportionate use of services Witch is slander I called for tow and I had RV towing. I called and stopped at Duluth MN AAA no one can tell me what I did wrong!!! The only thing I did was use the service. Use to be a good company I guess not any more !! I went with good sam now. Keith"
