"I sustained a bad exhaust burn on my leg after an ATV accident and had been receiving lackluster treatment from a local clinic for 5 months. My care consisted only of a saline rinse and burn ointment being applied with fresh dressing every 2 weeks, and I was responsible for my own care at home. The wound became much worse, increasing in size and depth, and I felt very disheartened. I was referred to ETI through word of mouth, and called for an appointment. They fit me into the schedule the very next day. I worked with Luke and his assistant Brian at the Eau Claire office- these guys are wonderful! Luke spent an hour with me explaining in great detail the process he would take to get my leg healed, and I received my first debridement. He was very careful and gentle, and explained everything he was doing and why. I continued to go in several times a week for a debridement and fresh compression sock and dressing; I didn't have to touch the wound from there forward, and that was very relieving. Fresh tissue started to generate that same week, and the wound was already looking and feeling much better. Luke had my wound healed in 6 short weeks! This was much more than I could have hoped for, and I cannot recommend Luke and ETI highly enough."
