"Love the new hot tub. Installation crew was phenomenal, answered all my questions and worked with us to get just how we wanted. They took the time to explain everything as they did it including how to care for the tub and the chemicals etc. Sales staff was very nice and helpful except for one issue. Only disappointment was that I wish it had been explained better that the model I purchased only had a single pump which means that the jet strength is minimized if using both sides simultaneously. If I had been made aware of this I would have chosen a model with 2 pumps instead. The first time I was made aware of this, it was explained to me by the installation guys.(again... They were absolutely great). Overall a great experience and still love the new tub, minus the one hiccup. UPDATE... I wanted to commend Hot Springs Spas & Pools. After my original review they got in contact with me and wanted to know how they could make up for the misunderstanding. They were apologetic and helpful and offered to try to make up for the issue. They showed that they really cared about making their customers happy. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Love our new hot tub. The staff at Hot Springs is knowledgeable and very friendly. Very easy to work with and the set up was a breeze. They delivered the tub exactly when they said they would. Even hauled our old tub away. The quality of the hot tub is so nice. We like it better than our last tub ( from a different vendor). Thanks to Amanda S. who took care of us in the store and arranged for the delivery. She was very helpful and accommodating. Told us exactly what we needed to have in place prior to the delivery."

"Our hot tub has been a game changer in relaxation/fun @ home (family deck hot tub movie nights, check yes!, couple star gazing time when kids are fast asleep, check yes again!), we have better sleep, increased family & couple quality time and are actually loving cooler winter nights now instead of dreading them. Unreal! We are in love with the style, color and function of the hot tub we chose too (Reunion). We'll never forget how easy Dawn made the process of choosing the right tub. Testing it out (sitting in all of them on display, etc.) as a family was KEY to finding the right fit. The installation was also seamless, they offered great education then and their handout and folder of materials are really helpful as well. We live in an area with high iron/metals in our well water, so it took a couple days to figure out the trick in eliminating those. Hot Springs staff were in constant communication with us until we figured it out together. Just a phenomenal experience. We were novices to hot tub ownership and nervous wondering if we could handle it all but it's a fairly easy process to test the water, care for/offer routine maintenance with it, etc. once you learn it. And the benefits have been beyond amazing and worth it. If you're wondering if a hot tub will help make you actually like WI winters, our answer is YES! If you're wondering if a hot tub will naturally build in more family quality time, our answer is YES! If you're wondering if this will give you a couple's vacation vibe right at home, our answer is YES! And if you're wondering if we'd recommend going through Hot Springs for your purchase our answer is YES! They are an excellent company with a down-to-earth small town business vibe. This has been the best decision we have made in a long while."

"Hot Springs installed our X500 swim spa perfectly. It was a tough install craning it over the house and into a tight slot under the deck. They got the job done with no problems. Our family is enjoying it every day with the 2 girls having successful swim spa sleepover parties. Even my wife, who was skeptical, has become the most frequent user. The whole family is receiving the benefits of exercise and relaxation from the swim spa. Great job Hot Springs!!! A+ rating"
