Reviews
"Went in today to swap an airless tire I bought online because my original rear tire had gotten a flat and was bent. Jeff was incredible and patient walking me through the process for the installation of the tire I brought. The prices were transparent, the customer service was exceptional, considerate and knowledgeable. I would gladly come back for future servicing or repairs."
"Taking my eight year old trek hybrid here for a tuneup was like taking it to a time machine. It's like a brand new bike all over again. I am genuinely blown away. The gears are so whisper quiet, it might actually be in better condition now than when I bought it."
"Super kind and awesome place! Their employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and will not try to push their most expensive products on you. Calvin was especially helpful. You won’t go wrong with Sutterville Bicycle Company!"
"Eh, this store is alright I guess. This review is very specific to one of the workers. A different worker (male with longer hair that goes to the shoulder) helped my friend find a bike and owned up to their mistakes which showed them in a positive light for me. So I came in with a very positive outlook. Talking to a younger looking worker, he was very against anything tubeless (when I bought a bike that was already set up tubeless). I just wanted to know a bit more on setup and what sort of things to look out for but he kept pushing for tubes. A year later, I called in asking about a 1.85mm spacer as I was trying to move from a 10 speed to 11 speed wheels. The guy who answered was the younger guy (I recognized his voice) and he had the weirdest logic of pushing 2 1mm spacers instead of getting an exact 1.85mm spacer. This is kind of insane to say because bikes are VERY specific about their instructions and he kept saying "what harm would it cause it's a marginal difference". Anyways, I visited Roseville REI for a different reason and they were super helpful about my struggles"
"Cool place I’ve bought some parts from here a few times. The people are cool and they sell new and used bikes and frame sets and parts, I like that. They have all kinds of cool used bikes from various era’s. Bmx, road, mountain bikes and frame sets they have good prices too. I dig it. 5 stars."
