"Customer service has gone downhill for me in this store... I like doing self checkout, but not when getting lectured when you asked for assistance. Customers are doing the store a favor when we use the self chackout, so we deserve to be treated with respect and not condescension. The only reason I keep coming to this store is the pharmacy staff, who's always been helpful and efficient."

"This store was the perfect poster image of all stores in the area few years back. However, not since the Covid-19 pandemic. The cashiers are very slow in processing customers and not as fast as other stores. Probably, there is not enough cashiers. Many New faces that I cannot remember lasting more than few months working in the store. Customer service is getting bad compared to sprouts, Safeway or even Walmart. I often don't like to name individuals but witnessed the same customer service lady "I believe her name is Nicolete" bashing customers with bad attitude few times in the past year or so. She also does not step to help when asked to do so. The Pharmacy however, maintained good service throughout the years. Most workers stocking the shelves often step out of their way to assist when asked, which is a huge plus to the store."

"Haven't been here in awhile, and never going back. Bad customer service. Went to to get some wonton soup. Worst service! We walk up to the counter and guy is leaning on it, heavy breathing and just staring at us. Doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge or anything. We asked if they're open, and he just murmurs "yes". Ummmmm, Are you kidding me!! Never again!"

"This Raley's looks nice from the outside... The restroom is always nasty! To be fair, it's probably a homeless person with mental issues. What is not okay, is their employee using the restroom without washing his hands! After witnessing it, I followed the employee (John) to his department. He's the sushi chef! I wouldn't eat the sushi, unless you wanna get sick!"
