"So many items are locked up and there’s never enough employees to come and help you. I waited so long this evening, I asked an employee if she could help me, she stated she was with another customer. I asked if she could help me when she was done, she said it wasn’t her department but would come back… she never came back!"
"The Walmart in Natomas is one of the busiest Walmart in Sacramento. Unfortunately, the shopping center’s parking lot is not designed to handle traffic very efficiently. So I don’t really want to drive to this location unless I have no choice. But Target is just only a block away! The store itself is bigger and carries more items with a better price usually. I will definitely shop here a lot more, if not because of the parking lot. I hope Walmart will open one more location in Natomas in the near future!"
"These two women don't work. They stand around for 15 mins chatting in another language. When you ask for help they pretend not to know English and say you need to ask someone else. Meanwhile only 1 person in electronics while these ladies stand around and do nothing. Management obviously stinks."
