"Surprised by the negative reviews so thought I share my experiences. Visited a few times so far. Always greeted me. Friendly. Easy to find help, got a dressing room twice no problem, and even held my stash aside while I looked for another item since the cashier gave me the heads-up of a BOGO50% sale, which I did benefit from. Friendly & accommodating the entire time. Another time, had a return, absolutely no hassle. In and out. Can't ask for much more. I typically prefer online shopping but having to drop-off returns can be a pain, so nowadays, I actually prefer to just stop by at Tillys since its always chill there, and typically have everything I'm looking for (skinny pants ((but not too skinny)) for that tailored look, skate shoes, etc)."

"My son needed some new shoes, shirts, hoodies, etc., so we decided to visit the new Tillys at Delta Shores in Sacramento. Terrible experience. We were the only two people in the store and not a single employee helped us. We tried getting someone's attention by the shoes but were totally ignored. It felt like it was on purpose. We put everything back and we went to the mall instead. We definitely will not be going back to this location."

"Me and my sister came in and no one welcomed us and immediately all the employees began looking at us like we were doing something suspicious although we were just looking at clothes. I had one employee abruptly approach me and ask me if I needed help with anything but it was not in a nice way at all. Shortly after that he kept going to displays near me and looking up at me like I was going to steal something so I decided to just leave."
