"I went to purchase jeans. This is the first Khols that I went into where customer service was not the priority. There were 2 ladies at checkout. 1 was very nice, smiling at the clients, and being helpful. I should had stayed in line for her. The lady that I went to never smiled, scanned my phone for the 15% off but did not say thank you. Personally, I feel that she needs Customer Service training."
