They were helpful, kind and went the extra mile. They also recommended a great little coffee shop nearby where I could get a coffee while waiting for the flat fix. "Yeah this bike shop are a bunch of scammers. My brother took his bike in for Maintenance for have the basic work done on it. The date of this is November 25th, 2022. The receipt is November 26th, 2022 and was charge for basic tune with wheels true. I see no difference in how it was when I first took it into the shop. Still shifts rough, no cables are lubed, not even the most basic cleaning was done along the handle bars and brake levers. I am DEFINITELY going to get my money back from these crooks. With such a good rating you would expect the absolute best service provided by the shop. Update response: after going the same day picking up this bike we were able to get the refund. My grip I had with this is the manager had the nerve to grab a rag and wipe the drivetrain (gears) and chain and say “oh look it’s has oil” that oil he whipped off the bike was some gunky oil mix with dirt. You can tell on the rag it was flaking and he proceeded to waive it up high in the air to show us. I don’t recommend their service to no extent."
