"I called most bike shops in the Coachella Valley to ask about changing a 14 inch Ebike tube and most said it’ll take a week, they don’t carry a 14 inch tube, or they don’t work on Ebikes that are not over $2,000 (true story). I needed to venture out and found this business whose owner said he can change the tube in an hour with a thorn resistant tube. He offered meaningful and relevant information on Ebikes. He even helped me put my bike in my trunk. Highly recommend supporting this local business. I miss the small town feel and interactions that once was the Coachella Valley. You can find that at this bike shop."

"Do they told me it cost 100 dollars to change a inertube with gears. Said everyone chagers that... in cherry valley they intal back tire witj gears for 25 at Ridgeline.... for all you riders drive a little bit further to cherry valley and save at least 65% or more on basic inertube changes"

"Get an estimate before you drop off your bikes. Charged me $80 bucks to replace 3 kid size tire TUBES, even after I specifically asked for a call back with a quote (to quote me first before replacing the tubes). He went ahead and replaced them without letting me know. He claims to have standard pricing, if that is the case WHY didn't he quote me then? Make sure you get an estimate first, DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR BIKE without an agreement first. Overpriced, you won't save time or money here. You are better off buying a new bike or just replace the tubes yourself. * I just realized they didn't even put the front brake back on. His reply makes no sense. If you know it's going to take a certiain amount of LABOR TIME, you first communicate and let the customer know the details I still paid the guy no one has said anything about being treated unfairly. He will not acknowledge that he was wrong here. As he says YOU ARE A GRAIN OF SALT TO HIM. *I've taken my kids bikes to him multiple times prior to COVID. We never asked him for a discount or a REFUND the one day he wasn't there That's when they messed up my sons trike. I wouldn't recommend this place, a business that does not value its customers specially CHILDRENS Bikes. This place is not worth investing in."
