"Absolutely no respect for the patient's time. Minimum time for a routine appointment will take 1.5 to 2 hours. Today my wife waited over 1 hour for the doctor after her eyes were dilated. She was left in an exam room by herself, no contact with anyone to update her or give a reason for the delay."

"Waited 3 and a half hours for a scheduled appointment. Mind you, I drove an hour to get there. Whole day wasted for a 5 minute talk with the doc who referred me to a completely different specialty."

"I had an eye appointment here yesterday, "old age" has brought on floaters, and the latest is a flashing light when I am in the dark. Rather scary for a person who only has one eye. The doctor was pleased to report, on yesterday's follow-up, that the minor tear (rhyme that with care, not fear) he'd seen two weeks previous, appears to be healing. But what really prompted me to write this positive review was the excellent greeting and prep work done by an ophthalmology assistant named Sergei. If I had been asked to grade him, he would've gotten a solid 100%. Polite, friendly, patient, competent, thorough, and just in general gave me the impression that if physicians were required to take a class in "bedside manner," Sergei could teach them! Kudos to the clinic, and to their great asset, young Sergei."

"My toddler child has medical issues and needed an eye appointment with their "specialist". This eye testing facility is the only medical office I have ever been to where they tell me when I'm going to be available to meet with them. I asked for specific day of the week, and they told me the doctor is only available on one or two days of the week, and neither was the day I needed. So, I had to re-arrange my entire schedule to meet THEIR needs :("

"Many times here, with many specialties with my father. We have had to wait but it was always worth it. The doctors always are willing to put in the time. Perhaps this explains the occasional wait. They have one of the most amazing employees in their reception department that I have ever experienced. I think that her name is Amy and I am embarrassed that I can't be sure because she is amazing in every aspect of her duties! Always friendly and amazingly patient regardless of the situation!"
