"I’ve been a loyal customer of Lululemon since 2008, there were two female employees at this store between 2:20-2:50pm on 11.20 who had we’re not friendly, did not initiate any customer service (no check ins, etc), and did not emanate the level of customer service Lululemon historically offers. Will not be back to this location. With many other options in the athlesuire industry I also question my loyalties to your company."

"Poor service. Had a gift that I came to exchange and I had to pay extra when it was gifted at full price. Would not shop here again. All the girls working here were just gossiping about coworkers and customers. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Very disappointed. The shirt was paid for $78 but I only received $49 return value and had to pay $10 for a shirt I exchanged for that was $60. I used to love LULULEMON but now the shopping experience isn’t as great,… neither is the quality or service. Should have gifted someone the shirt instead. Worse LULULEMON service I’ve had so far"

"I love lululemon but this store is the absolute worse lululemon. Today I spent more $1,500 in the store and the sales person was rude. I’m not sure if the people working there are just not very bright or untrained. Use your brain. You have a customer that buys more than 10-15 customers. You do everything to have them come back. I mean that’s common sense. Right?!"
