"If I could rate 0 stars I would. I initially went to this clinic to transfer care for my anxiety prescription. Dr. Jagodinski refilled my prescription, with no refills, and made me make another appointment before refilling. When I came in, he asked what I was there for. Like, you made me come in dude. I then told him I would like to wean off my medication, he said okay how are we going to do that. You are the doctor, you tell me. He again gave me no refill on my ANXIETY medication, and when I needed a refill, I had to call 4 times just for them to keep telling me “yep I’ll send a note to him, and he is seeing the note”. The doctor had noted that I have withdrawal symptoms and continued to ignore my refill request. After 4 days, I called the Prevea clinic on Woodman Drive and they sent my prescription to my pharmacy immediately. I cannot stress this enough, go anywhere but here for your health care."

"Never go to this provider! They will send claims to the wrong insurance and then send you a bill when the claim is denied! It's not my fault if you send it to the wrong insurance company! The people in billing are rude as hell! They'll argue with you and accuse you of having an attitude when you just ask a simple question. Worst company ever!"

"I've been going here since I was little when it used to be UW health. This place is way better than Marshfield and has helped me with my little children and family with a lot of issues. I love this clinic. Although some doctors don't quite get the social part of interacting with patients, most of them are great. My old doctor was Dr. Howe and he was amazing but after graduating he left for a different clinic now my daughters doctor is Dr. Zastrow and he's is also amazing. He really understands and listens to what patients or parents of patients want to say and what their concerns are."

"Called ME to cancel an appointment, and said they would send my prescription to the pharmacy. Stopped 4 hours after they said it was sent over and clearly lied, and absolutely failed to do there job. To say I’m irritated is an understatement. You failing at your profession is absolutely ridiculous, you should be embarrassed and I’m excited to never step foot in this b.s. clinic again. Doesn’t even deserve a star. Stay away."

"Saw Dr. Kakes today and I can definitely say he is the absolute WORST doctor I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t take an animal to him. He was rude, unfriendly, had a negative and condescending attitude and wouldn’t even listen. He did nothing to help my medical condition. Be forewarned so he doesn’t harm someone else! Choose anybody except him!"
