"I stayed here for two years and celebrated the day I moved out. The bedbugs are endless. Rather than employ licenced trained exterminators they would give residents an under the table pest control job where you are barely paid if you're ever paid at all. The only thing worse than the bedbugs is management. Most of the staff does bare minimum and abuses residents save for one good egg in particular. You know who you are. Management has allowed dogs in the kitchen as well as the managers boyfriend who neither lives or works there. Otherwise residents don't have access to the kitchen. If I could give this place less stars I would. It's so bad that Miketins owes me some stars"

"I wouldn't give this place a single star if I could get away with it. Bedbugs are the LEAST of their worries. There is only one staff member who is competent to work there. Many of the people are predatory. The caretaker is an abusive, slanderous, beguiling, belittling, bullying woman who uses threats to press her agenda in that lodge. The caretaker-landlord relations is overall terrible as the caretaker is not a people person and has problems with communication. I would quicker say to burn the place to the ground. I would, however like to see better staff members running that place. The drug addicts and predators run the show there. I would not wish my enemy one night there; as psychological effects ensue. I could say a whole lot more--but I will leave it at that."

"The rooms are nice, but that is the only nice thing about the place. Lisa aka management has an attitude from hell and is incredibly rude how she protrays herself. She will be standing right in front of you with a disgusted look on her face as you are talking to her. You will be interupted while you speak if she doesnt like what your saying. If you call her out on the rudeness she will just denie it. I told the managments daughter i wanted to kill myself and she said that " well thats nice". Both the daughter and lisa will speak to you as if you are beneath them. If you have mental health issues they will pretty much just look at you like your crazy. Nothing but a bunch of lies and cheats. Lisa is the most unsympathetic and rude person i have ever met. Also they do favor residents. The place has bed bugs as well. Frankly that place needs to be investigated and the managment needs to. Change in order for things to get better. I dont know why someone who is so heartless and unempathetic runs a place where 100% of the people are going through hardtimes and down on there luck."

"So i would not suggest this place for anyone, the staff like to harass residents even after it has been months affter leaving. The manager only cares about money. I was kicked out for not having the money i owed her, then my brothers pregnent fiance was kicked out even when she did nothing wrong. She offered me to stay if i had my money bit not his fiance. It was not against the rules for her to be pregnent while being there."
