"My car was broken into twice while living here because the gates are broken. I was month to month for 6 months while going to school. When you tour the apartment they say that they are open during the day and close at 6pm but that is not true. They never close. It's not a safe apartment complex. Couple months ago they had a drug bust. I was woken up at 2 AM to a swat team raiding an apartment."
"I lived at Greenfield Village for about 2 years. Stayed in building 6. Building 6 didn't have much issues and I really liked it. I cannot speak for the other buildings as I heard mixed stories about them, but mostly good stories about Building 6, which is why I stayed there. It was mostly great and I enjoyed my time there. Whenever there were issues, the leasing office made efforts to solve the problems efficiently and as fast as they could. The only major issue that they didn't really solve was my upstairs neighbor stomping, vacuuming all the time, during the day, and during sleep hours. Also, throwing and pouring things off her balcony which resulted in going into my balcony. Some of her cleaning products actually landed on my dog who was chilling on my balcony. This was happening before Nikko started working there. Nothing was really done about it which caused a real inconvenience and bad experience. My lease ended and I moved into a different apartment across the building. Nikko at the leasing office stood out from all. Please promote him and give him a raise. He is well spoken, respectful, caring, attentive, and will get things done. He is good at following up to make sure any issues or concerns were resolved. Whenever I had any questions, he would have the answers or would be honest and say he will find the answer if he didn't know it right then and there. You can tell he is actually sincere and that he just doesn't view you as just a number. I had an issue with my neighbor randomly ringing my doorbell and he addressed the issue right away. Due to his customer service, I would definitely recommend friends and family to Greenfield Village if they are ever looking for an apartment. The amenities at Greenfield are great, gym is nice and perfect for the space it has. Maintenance were always so kind, would wave to you whenever they saw you, and were on it whenever there were any issues. The fire alarm would go on at random times, stay on for a a couple hours. It would happen maybe 3 or 4 times a year. Washer and dyer in unit is a plus. Complex is pet friendly so that was amazing, however, lots of people did not pick up after their dog. Loud kids would be bouncing a basketball or running inside the complex until the sun goes down with no parental guidance. Had no issues with parking as I was in the parking garage and thankfully I did not experience any break ins as I would hear that happen in other buildings or at the outside parking. Greenfield is very diverse and mixed. You can bump into some of the most respectful people on the planet, but also the most disrespectful people, probably because its a mixture of ordinary, military, and ghetto people. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."
"I appreciate the efforts of the groundskeepers and staff over the last few years. The place looks pretty, feels safe, is reasonably priced, and the staff is a pleasure to work with! Niko, in particular, was a great help and his willingness to go out of his way to assist others and myself in the navigation of recent updates to the online "tenant portal" were substantial. A+ effort! Keep up the good work, Greenfield Team!"
"Move in only if you like the following: - Loud neighbors. - Inconsiderate dog owners that NEVER pick up after their dogs. - Amenities that are always full of ignorant people and their kids including the gym. - Unsafe elevators that make loud noises. - A terrible management. - Your car broken into. - No parking spaces open after 4pm. - Stepping on dog poop if you dare to walk on the grass and even the sidewalk. - People who park extremely close to your vehicle. - Unattended dogs barking from balconies. - High rent prices. - Rude and unfriendly neighbors. - Dirty parking spaces. If you are fine with all of this then please move in. Because I don’t recommend it to anyone who likes to live peacefully."
"I recently visited my friend who just moved into an apartment at Greenfield Village. I was very impressed by the complex, which seemed to be very secure and peaceful. The entrance was gated. The parking lot was well-lit and spacious, and we easily found a spot near my friend's building. The complex was very clean and well-maintained, with manicured lawns and colorful flowers. The buildings were modern and stylish, with balconies and large windows. The common areas were also inviting, with a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. I could see that the residents were happy and relaxed, as they greeted each other and chatted in the hallways. My friend's apartment was spacious comfortable, with carpeted floors and high ceilings. It had a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It also had a large balcony off of the master bedroom, where we enjoyed the view of the complex and the surrounding area. My friend told me that the rent was reasonable, several hundred dollars cheaper with more amenities than her previous rental. She said that the management was responsive and helpful. She said that she loved living there, and that she felt safe with her children and welcome. I was very happy for my friend, and I admired her choice of the apartment. Greenfield Village appeared to be a secure and peaceful complex, where anyone would enjoy living. It was very clean and attractive, and it offered many amenities and services. It was definitely one of the best apartment complexes I have seen in a while and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new home."
