"HORRIBLE!!!! The apartment complex we were renting at was bought out by R&V. They are the worst I have ever seen. So many inane rules.. no more than 3 plants on your patio, no BBQ grills allowed, no backing in to park or you get fined $30. They have so many hidden fees and nickle and dime you to death. The manager Jullian walks around with a clipboard and follows tenants around with it writing things down like the male version of Delores Umbridge. I guess he the apartments are his Hogwarts. Save yourself the headache and do not rent here."
