"I love love love it! I came when i thought all hope was lost with 2 nickels(in california economy) and very poor credit if it wasnt for Connie i don’t know where i would be! She saw me and took a chance and i haven’t let her down and the community culture makes me feel like my money is being reinvested back to the renters. Where there is a will theres a way with Connie! I love her she will make sure she explores every option and sees you as a person first here at mar at Chavez your not just a tenant you’re family and i haven’t had this experience anywhere else! "The worst place to live, cockroaches everywhere, the parking lot with potholes , the swimming pool never open because the manager don't want it. You have to be early there to find a parking space and during Christmas be prepare for the traffic around."

"These ratchet apt gone put on my rental that I owe them $1100.when in fact they kept my deposit. And I paid the balance the day I turned in the keys. Called the so called collection company NCC business services and they have no record of a debt for me. And these people are not one of their clients.SMH SCAMMERS"
