"the apt are. new with lots, AC, oven, dishwasher, bathtub, birds sing, green areas, beautiful, very clean, recycled, vehicle security, support in difficult times, activities with gifts, lobby with computers, internet printers, No parking of visits because the residents abuse and appropriate them. Residents fill out their surveys, it is more important to have cameras that spend on what the city provides free and nearby."

"Worst management ever since they’ve changed companies. They never attend to your needs. When they finally do they make estimates on what they need to do or do a very awful job. The manager (Vanessa Huerta) “I believe that is her name” is never around and near impossible to reach. She asks for your papers of information multiple times throughout the year even though its not your annual evaluation period. Moreover, she is very rude and unprofessional. The apartments are nice except for the rude neighbors honking all the time and parking in red no parking zones making it impossible to either park your vehicle or pull out. Great if you are looking for low income living but be prepared for pretty garbage service."

"This apartment looks so lovely from the outside. I can only imagine what the inside looks like. I went online and sent a email to let Riverwalk know that I am interested in perhaps moving in which I did with numerous apartments but only Riverwalk called me back wirh information. The staff member who called was nice very nice and informative. 5 STARS FOR YOU!"
