"I'm a neighbor of this complex and was accosted by the assistant manager today. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and a poor representative of this establishment. If she is in management, then I would urge anyone to think twice before entering into agreement with this complex. I was on the front lawn practicing disc golf when this lady with a poodle on a power trip came out to tell me she had received "thousands of complaints" about me being there. I have done this 2 times before and made friends with residents of the complex while doing this and never had a problem before now. She rudely stated I don't pay rent there so I have to leave, which I was doing anyways. She then made other snarky comments as I was walking off. For the record, I don't pay them rent and if they don't want me to use the lawn that is their prerogative. If she had approached me like a human being there would be no issue, but her manners and demeanor is indicative of a management that doesn't care about anything except their bottom line. It's unfortunate to have neighbors like these."

"I lived here for 4 years & we enjoyed every moment of it. It’s very safe with plenty of parking spaces front & back, never had problems or issues of break in’s of cars or the apartments. Bethany is the property manager and we will miss her so much … she is awesome, always working hard & making the residents feel safe and comfortable in all ways. My daughter attended High School @ Mission Bay so it was so easy for her to ride her bike 5 min to school and back. I definitely recommend the property, the part we liked a lot were the big closet’s in the bedroom with sufficient space for all your belongings and storage spaces on the top. We moved out of state otherwise I would still be living there."

"I've been living at Bay Inn Apartments for almost three years now and how fortunate was I to have ended up here! The units are well built, the rent is cheap for Pacific Beach, and the location is unbeatable - easy access to the 5, located in a bubble that's very quiet, despite being surrounded by so much traffic, and plenty of places to park on-site and off-site. It really is a hidden gem in PB and the place to be if you want to get away from it all, but not be too far from anything. The complex has an on-site manager named Bethany who also lives on-site and it makes a world of difference. She's not only very responsive, but very dedicated to ensuring all matters are addressed immediately. She's in her second decade of managing the property, so she's seen and done it all. Other places I've lived have been marred by the lack of a property manager or an ineffective property manager, but Bethany has been absolutely superb in that regard. The complex has a few nice amenities like gas grills, a swimming pool, and two on-site laundry rooms. Everything always seems to work and, if it doesn't it gets fixed ASAP. You really get what you pay for here, better than some higher-end apartments that charge more. Highly recommended."

"I spent 10 years in these apartments and could not have been happier. The manager, Bethany, makes sure any maintenance request is dealt with promptly. The grounds are very clean, the owners frequently do upgrades inside and out. The complex is very quiet, other than road noise on Grand. The apartments are small but I am not in need of a large amount of space. The views are great and it's a nice walk to the bay. I have recently purchased a condo or I would have likely spent the next 10 years at this complex. HIGHLY recommended if you enjoy a quiet, quaint place, HIGHLY recommended if you want an outstanding apartment manager."
