"I’ve lived in these apartments for about 3 years now the 1st year and half was not the greatest experience with the original rental managment and never got updates to my request nor follow through. Some how we got blessed with new managment team and Tannia from Royal Village team is by far the best property managment out there. My requests have been followed through and never do I feel like I have to stress about a thing here. She’s very professional and prompt being the main contact in this office she will call if not email on status and definitely is very knowledgeable in all matters. "I lived @ the 1453 building for two years. It was nice and quiet, never had any problem with neighbors. Tannia the manager and I believe her assistant manager Rosa were really nice. I knew Tannia for two years and she was friendly and helpful. I can say this was the nices apartments complex I've ever lived. I bought a condo and moved if not I would have been still there. Will recommend this complex for sure."
