Reviews
"Expect to be awakened by loud equipment constantly beeping early in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous!"
"If there was a negative rating I would gladly rate them in the negative. I would compare the management to slumlords. I’ve been waiting for 3 months for the heater to be repaired as I have no heat. My maintenance requests go unanswered. Also, they entered my apartment without permission nor notification. They can’t be trusted!"
"The biggest problem living here is not about the actual apartment rather than the traffic to get there. Dairy Mart is one of the worst highway exits. You get one parking spot and probably not close to your apartment, meanwhile your neighborhoods have their spot right outside. But there is outside parking and some extra parking spots in the back before 5pm that is. Management is good. Apartments were clean. Bathtub was small. Quiet and nice place to live. I wouldnt say it's a luxury apartment though. Pretty expensive. We just got tired of looking. Living room was big. Having a balcony was nice. Best thing was that the connecting walls were the kitchen and bathroom. Never complained about neighbors noise. Walls werent thin. Would we live there again sure, only because we are military and get housing allowance."
"Parking was sometimes a hassle and even though I paid someone to clean and shampoo when we moved out, they still took $200+ out of our deposit and we left no damage. Other than that, our time here was pleasant. Good management. Nice families. Would have stayed but we needed something bigger."
