"This apartment complex is ideal for military. I had just returned from deployment, but had 2 months until I was scheduled to transfer cross country. My household goods had already been moved, and it felt impossible to find a room to rent where the person didn't have pets. Correspondence with Foxwood while on deployment was so helpful, as soon as I returned, I moved in same day. It was a fully furnished apartment with utilities included in the rent with a month-to-month option. It's not lavish, but it is clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. You probably won't find a room to rent in San Diego for the price or accommodations. If I had to do it over again, I absolutely would."

"This apartment is advertised as high-end furniture, but in fact they are all dilapidated, some repaired and not even brushed with oil. The sink is rusty. After brushing it with white paint, it didn’t take long to show rust. The bath water contains a lot of sand. When there are too many people, the water turns cold quickly. How long do you have to wait every night before there is hot water. The faucet is blocked by sand every three days and the parking space is even worse. You have to turn around a few times every night and finally have to park outside on the side of the road. The management staff is very poor. The service attitude is extremely poor, it is a complete mess, the management equipment is dilapidated, I am a resident, and I have the most say"

"We went to see if we could look at an a future home for our family. The office was not open so we walked the property and thought it was comfortable and quiet. The trees and landscape were beautiful. However, when the office opened, we went in and the most rude lady “assisted” us. We were not even greeted! We were asked if we are interested in a one or two bedroom. We replied and asked for an unfurnished. Again, we were met with hostility. “Where on our website does it say unfurnished? We don’t offer unfurnished - only furnished apartments. We don’t advertise unfurnished.” I would have been interested in seeing a furnished apartment, no problem. Yet, this woman’s disrespectful behavior made me not want to live here at all. I will happily pay a few hundred dollars more somewhere else. If I was upper management, I’d fire her and hire someone else."

"The managers here are idiots. They posted a big red flyer on my door with holiday safety tips for those traveling but they posted it the night that we left. So there was a big bright red flag letting people know of the vacant apartment for 2 weeks. Would have been nice if they would have taken it down once they saw we clearly weren't there. The parking lot is too small for the amount of residents but the managers don't care because they have reserved spots and one of the ladies, Rebecca Gonzalez, liked to park in two spots, hers and the one next to it. I emailed her to let her that someone on staff taking up multiple spots, knowing it was her and she played dumb stating that she would talk to the person. If I can find the photos I will add them later. Better management and this place wouldn't be bad. They also don't have maintenance on weekends and take more than a day even for major plumbing issues. No toilet in my apartment for 3 days because of a weekend and no one available on Monday."
