"Wonderful little neighborhood Christina did a great job moving us in and going over everything in detail. Very friendly and personable! Maintenance are friendly and gets things done in a timely matter. I love it here so far! Only downside is cars are parked without moving at all in front of our house."
"I’ve had the pleasure of living at NTC on two separate occasions and the Liberty Military Housing staff, from the maintenance technicians to the housing staff, are knowledgeable and helpful. There has been an ongoing problem with the homeless population in San Diego but uncontrollable to the housing. We are provided with home security alarm systems, lock replacements as required, and storage to keep our belongings safe. This location does take all of your BAH but it’s worth it as a safe location and to allow my family to take walks, bike rides, or short drives to the beach, school, and church."
"I received a call from James yesterday, Jan 4th saying that rent needs to be paid today, Jan 5th. The problem is they take all of our BAH. So I’m trying to find out what changed. It’s crazy that they didn’t notify me or my partner about any changes made to our account. And giving less that 24 hour notice to come up with basically $2500. I am leaving this review because when I called this morning, they opened up at 8:30am. Nobody is answering the phones. I am trying to do everything I can and housing can’t even answer the phone nor call back."
"As a single parent not getting paid my dependent Bah and they try to take it then say I have to give them back pay. I don’t know what they don’t understand that i didn’t get the money for my dependent. Had a quarter size stain on the carpet and they say they have to replace the whole carpet when I moved out. There are homeless people everywhere! And they put a dumpster right down the road from the CDC in front of some of the houses and there’s homeless people climbing in and out of the dumpster! No use in calling the patrol because they take an hour to get there. My garage door was broken I called so many times never got a call back. Stove was always braking and the dishwasher never worked right. For a place that takes all your BAH you would think they would have better appliances. On another occasion they had a fan recall and were supposed to come check all the ceiling fans in the home, I had a note left on my door saying they checked the fans... funny thing is I was home all day and nobody came in the house to check the fans that right there shows you they aren’t doing there jobs properly. Definetly recommend living out in town. You can get a better place elsewhere."
