"Extremely shady and greedy. DO NOT RENT from this scammy group. They gave us less than 6 hours to sign the deposit and gave the lease 4 days after, only when we rushed them to and didn’t respond to us afterwards. They didn’t care to mention when they’ll send the lease. Vikki told us after the deposit that there’s a very LOUD FLIGHT PATH. Also a chance of lead paint, lead and Asbestos as it’s built in 1950s among other things. They’ll make different listings on Zillow under different names and numbers to appear so it’s not been on the market longer. They were still showing the property but wants to charge us for the time until they gave us the lease. During the 4 days they didn’t send us the lease, they didn’t take the listing off market but still want to charge us, and lied when confronted. FYI, if you are considering renting from Mentone street, don’t."

"They have been our property manager for over 15 years! I have had no issues. In 15 years I have only had 2 tenants that tells me they are doing a fantastic job! Both tenants have sent me beautiful thank you cards saying that Vikki and Bobby made them feel like family! Highly recommend"

"Extremely rude and unprofessional. Firstly, they drew up our lease wrong. My roommate had to return it to get it done right. (They even did it in our favor as our rent was $1550/mo and on the lease it read $895/mo) Despite this nice gesture, the moment our lease was signed and the deposit was submitted they treated us like trash. Our sink in the bathroom was broken and I would've had to fix it myself had they not realized that that was not possible. My roommate submitted a rent check from the wrong account and was promptly yelled at by Debra. My neighbors have also said they have had similar interactions with this company. I called and told her to submit everything to us in writing simply so we wouldn't have to deal with their impudence. A few other past tenants in our unit were charged $400 just for cleaning an empty two bedroom apartment with no carpet (just cleaning, not damages!!!) We'll be hiring a cleaning service and taking pictures before we move out to avoid this injustice. Otherwise its off to small claims court we go. I would just choose a rating of poor if i had the option. Avoid this company at all costs!!"

"Worst landlord ever. Don't respond to emails or voicemail at all. Me having no heat last winter was deemed a low priority. I have 3 of the noisiest neighbors on the planet and they do nothing. Despite various agreements that I signed with them (noise, garbage, etc) they don't enforce. I'd highly advise against moving in to a property that they "manage" (word used loosely)."
