The rep, Victoria, was short spoken, borderline rude, and told me to call the store and they could find me other mattresses. Why bother having a website if everything is unavailable? By contrast, Gavin and his associate at the Onalaska store were great. They worked with me on other options, price, and pick-up availability as delivery is not available in my area. I'm looking forward to meeting them when I go to the store tomorrow afternoon for payment."
