"This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again we would like to give the owners and staff a huge thanks for making a difficult situation the loss of a friends family member easier. The closeness to Fresenius kidney care and dialysis center the handicap accessibility for my friend, some very nice restaurants near by all made a very difficult situation much much easier. This is an excellent place to stay if you looking for a good value, a nice place to sleep have a small breakfast in the morning be close to restaurants and a major shopping mall and have a great staff this should be one of your considerations. "So, I was charged an extra $100 after my stay here. About a week later I received an email from the owner promising to refund it, long story short, lies! Lies! Lies! I have yet to see a dime refunded to my credit card! Sunil Datt is a fraudster!"

"Hallway was not vacuumed. Small bath towels. Toilet lid broken. Handicap seat in tub was dirty. Desk chair broken. No TV remote. Unable to transfer from wheelchair to bed as it was too tall. Blood smears on wall. Our vehicle was keyed overnight. Do not stay here."

"The room and bed were fine, but the bathroom was in poor shape. No large towels or wash clothes were in the room. Breakfast was very plain. Bagels very hard. We decided to not stay another night. Disappointed."

"Windows were cracked/broke, and the windows were dirty and had not been cleaned in a very long time. The toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly. Service was good. Deck lady was very friendly and recommended places to go see and eat at. The location was good, but I could have picked one a little closer to where I was going. The place was quiet, and I felt secure."
