"This was not the ideal place to stay. The room was not stocked properly with towels for 2 people. The door stuck & had to be forced closed. Breakfast was not even close to good."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! My fiancé and I booked a one night for a single king jacuzzi suite stay. We wanted a hotel with a pool and in room jacuzzi so that’s why we booked here. I used Expedia to book and they didn’t have any updates about the pool being closed for maintenance, when we checked in the front desk agent didn’t mention the pool was closed either, so to find out last minute was a disappointment. They put us in room 330, one of the lights in the bathroom were out which was sort of annoying, also the WiFi worked fine in the lobby but would refuse to work in our room. I’m 4 months pregnant and around 11pm we smelled a strong sent of marijuana which made me sick for the rest of the night. We were already pretty upset about the pool not being open so it just made the experience even worse and when we brought it up to the front desk they told us the manager would be in the next morning to assist us, turns out it was Sunday and they forgot he’s off that day. They refused to give me the mangers name and number and told me to write down everything that was wrong so he could give us a call the next day, he never did, I had to hound them over and over just to finally get a hold of him and he didn’t want to listen or sympathize with anything I had to say it was just an argument. The only thing he could offer me was 15% off my next stay to which I replied “I never want to come back!” The people staying here were sketchy the police were outside a couple of times and the management is terrible. Save your time and money!"

"Upon check in which took half an hour the clerk randomly started requesting $100 deposit for a room that was already paid for.They’ve never asked me for a deposit when I booked in the past and when I asked to speak with a manager it was excuse after excuse.When I got to my room it was filthy and full of trash and glitter.It obviously had not been cleaned or touched after the previous guests left.They gave us different rooms to pick from and I settled but as noted the hallways were unclean with furniture lying around.Unlocked doors and doors with no locks at all.Clerk claimed there was an ice machine on our floor but it was not.It was an empty dirty space.Worst hotel experience I have ever had.I will not be coming here again.I was told I would get my deposit back on my card within a few days and that still didn't happen. Don't even waste your money here."

"The room was spacious. The hallways and room have stains everywhere on the floor. The pillows have stains on them NOT THE PILLOW CASES. No water pressure on the sinks faucet. The was a roach on the wall and I informed the front desk and he told there wasn’t anything he could do and to wait until the manager shifts starts the next day at 11am."

"This is the most awful nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Put us in out first room and the floors were nasty with food crumbs all over. The refrigerator was nasty. Got switched rooms to find half the shower curtain covered in black mold. So they showed us several other room that were still disgusting. Find one we thought we could stay in to find what looked like puke and blood on the box spring, stuff on the walls and counter, spider webs all over, the screens were all ripped. It was absolutely horrible. The stair wells smelt of weed. The hallways had stains all over and were nasty and dirty. We had enough and went back down to talk to them where one employee was rude and nasty to us. A lady in the lobby had said oh they must have found a roach in the room. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. This place absolutely needs to be shut down. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!"
