"I chose Glen Hills primarily because they allowed my pit bull, and I’m glad I did- the property is green and beautiful, with lots of room for my dog to explore! The entire process from applying to moving in was flawless, and the office (Kenzie was my first contact, she gave me a video tour then real tour that weekend) and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, whether you need them or are just passing by on the property. They do an excellent job updating apartments, and maintaining the common areas-I’ve been super impressed and am really enjoying my experience at Glen Hills so far (I’ve lived here for 3 months)!"

"Love this place! Management and services are quick and very responsive. Clean and spacious. Very pet friendly. My little doggy really enjoy the gated dog are to just run around and get some exercise, exploring nature. There's a train track right next to the apartment but if you're like me, it's like white noise so it doesn't bother me much with the few times that the train actually runs through it. Half the time I don't even notice it. I work from home half the week so I'm very happy that it's not noisy compared to my last place. Neighbors are quiet and very respectful. Great place! Totally would recommend."

"This is my second lease, and everytime I turn around they charge me for something else. This time I'm fed up, even though my insurance has not lapsed I am charged 50$ because they assumed my insurance lapsed. I have proof it did not, and they refuse to work with you. I was notified AFTER they charged me (The day the policy changed), and had the correct documentation on the day I saw the email, that stated the start and end dates of my policy, showing no overlap. I will be finding a new residency ASAP. Crooks will raise your rent every 10-11 months, and nickel and dime you till you leave. And what a joke offering to call the office to "fix it", that's to save face, I called that number before I made this review. They refuse to work with you. If you see this, save your money and your time. You can do much better for the same price."
