"If I could give no stars, I would. I was kept up most of the night by some guy trying to break into his girlfriend’s room, across the hallway from me as he’s calling her all sorts of names. The employee GAVE HIM THE MASTER KEYS to open the door that was dead bolted. She did not call cops. Then she LEFT HIM WITH THE MASTER KEYS to go back to the front desk to get another card. Fast forward, he starts breaking the door with a crowbar (while the employee is watching). I called the front desk and asked her to call the cops. Again, she did not. She allowed him to break the door and enter the room. I am absolutely disgusted. She also told him which rooms were occupied (only mine) which, I assume, is against policy. I have reached out to Marriott and have yet to hear back. I hope the female inside the room is okay, as she clearly did not want him to enter the room in the first place."

"If you are expecting a Marriott, you will be in for a big surprise. Run down old reeks of chlorine from the pool in every room. Breakfast was good. Valentino was a gem during breakfast. Staff was friendly. Very overpriced. Place for what you are getting."

"They ripped us off! We stayed here for 10 days after everything we own was lost in a house fire. The location is a pain to get to and the traffic was constant. Breakfast was ok and they did come clean sometimes. Everything went ok until we realized we were charged $500 on our card we left for incidentals. They gave us no reason for the charges. No receipt for the charges. When we asked about it several times they told us to wait and it would come off. Then nothing happened. We called corporate with no success and management never called us back. We ended up eating the charge on top of losing our house and all possessions. We still don’t know what it was for. We definitely didn’t damage the room. They acted like this happens all the time. !!!!Do not stay here!!!."

"First of all my husband is a Titanium Marriott member and we were charged $3.00 for parking we travel a lot and stay at Marriott always and have never been charged for parking! We had to switch rooms because tV wasn’t working. Nice big spider web in window. Pretty much a dump The only redeeming quality is the young woman who helped us. We will never stay here again on our way to Michigan"

"Our stay there was nice. It was quiet, beds were comfortable and the pillows were awesome. About the only thing I wish was different was the size of the room but it was still a nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend it."
