"This is the cleanest Mc Donald's with the nicest staff ever. The food is McDonald's hence my rating and is not intended to be a ding on the staff/franchise by any means. It's solid fast food prepared fresh and served with a smile."

"Late evening visit on Wed 2/28. Did not expect the great customer service. Luis who took my order had the most pleasant greeting, did not rush me when taking my order, very professional with a great attitude. Fast, friendly service, thank you Luis and his team!"

"Mobile order wouldn't allow me purchase some items. I mentioned it to the manager. He argued with me about. I had a reward to use. He wouldn't even manually adjust it at register and gave the discount. I had to order those items a second time."

"Always an unpleasant experience every time. How hard is it to add biscuit butter to a muffin. And when you tell them they did it wrong or didn't add it, then now they want to be disrespectful and slope butter all over it making it extremely too oily to hold and eat. Ok have a go out of my way to another location just to be told that they don't do that and hand me butter packets to apply it myself.. Just always unsatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ..WELL, ANY REALLY BUT ESPECIALLY THIS ONE"

"GO TO CULVER'S! Went through the McDonald's drive-thru to get some milkshakes and ice cream for the kids, paid and asked the window attendant Maria to throw away an empty McDonald's cup from our last visit, she refused. Frustrated with the customer service, I handed back the shakes and ice cream and asked for a refund. Rather than throw away the empty McDonald's cup, Maria threw away the shakes and ice cream we had come to purchase, and just cost McDonald's a family of customers (we have 5 kids), the $7 worth of food she threw out, and the $15 worth of revenue they would have made. Instead we went to Culver's, got better shakes and ice cream, AND they gladly threw away the McDonald's cup for us! Good customer service is still out there, just not at this McDonalds."
