"If I could give no stars I would. Called three times to refill a prescription and got hung up… three times while waiting. This isn’t the first thing that has gone wrong for me at a Walgreens pharmacy. I’m so sick and tired of them never having anything or anyone working that can take a phone call. Will be switching to a new pharmacy. Don’t go to this clown show."

"Drove here. Daughter has ear infection. Lots of people here lots of chaos everyone is new and no one knows what they are doing. Stand for 20 minutes never get a response finally interrupt someone and get lots of angry passive aggressive responses. I watch them put my order in because my daughter is in immense pain I say how long 20 minutes. I don't believe them I say I'll go home and come back in 30 minutes. I come back 2 hours later. Oh we didn't start it yet. So here I am basically starting the whole process over again and no one here sees what is wrong with this or cares at all I update to two cars because second pharmacist and pharmacy tech were decent at job and got medicine out fast because of the prior mistake"

"Rude staff when I came to pick up my prescription here in the evening when they had no one in line. 1 employee got into my business and asked why I visited their pharmacy in their particular location, while also speaking to me condescendingly. The other employee completely ignored me, but cheerfully spoke to the other employee before I got help. Weird people man."

"One of the only places that’s supposed to be open for third shifters. Even the gas stations and the Walmarts in this capital city are closed at night. We can’t get food or drinks. This is a Walgreens. You’re not only a store but you provide a vital service to the community because you are a 24 hour pharmacy. You’re still listed as 24 hours despite not being open 24 hours for at least a month. Pay your people appropriately. These signs crying about staff shortages only tell me you are a shady, low standards business. If your staff isn’t being paid enough, or doesn’t feel safe being there at night, that’s the manager and the owners job. Get out of bed and get to work. If your manager won’t cover the shifts of the employees you don’t pay enough to be here then they need to be fired. It’s part of being management. UPDATE…. So I’m driving past the next night right? Like I said, this place in on my way to work. Totally covered in cops. Probably like 10 of them there at least. I don’t know what happened but, like seriously guys, pick another Walgreens to go to. I posted a picture cause I come with receipts. I did utilize the drive through service despite the fact that I drive a commercial vehicle and barely fit. Poor pharmacist had to go fetch my items from the back cause the stocker person didn’t answer the pages. I only had him get me one easy item and he didn’t actually get the right thing but that’s not his job so I’m not holding him responsible for that. I felt bad for the pharmacist. He should jump ship before this one sinks. Hope you find a better employer budd. Best wishes to you."

"My experience bucks the trend seen in the ratings and reviews here. The store was impeccably clean and organized - best I’ve ever seen out of a Walgreens to be sure. Clearly marked aisles made finding what I was after a breeze. The cashier wasn’t too friendly, avoided eye contact, and on occasion completely ignored a question I asked - so knocking a star off for the poor customer service. Overall I’d return for a quick run-in."
