"Absolutely filthy and neglected. We were there first thing in the morning and every surface was covered with dust and dirt. Pictures don't do it justice. The staff person at the desk didn't greet us and literally never looked up from her phone while asking us questions. The other staff person was standing there with her eyes closed. It's clear that these people hate their job. The bathroom was disgusting but just a few minutes of cleaning, emptying trash, and replacing toilet paper would have helped. I gave it 2 starts instead of 1 because my child enjoyed jumping. But the atmosphere and attitude of the workers was depressing. We will not be returning. There are other places to bounce. Seems like the owner needs to treat their staff and their property like they matter."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of activities available. The facility is clean and well-lit, the equipment appears to be properly maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My complaint would be the restrictions on time; I felt that the cost for 2 hours was a bit high. Other trampoline parks charge one blanket admission for unlimited play."

"This place had a lot more zones than the last one we visited and my 9 and 7 year old really enjoyed the space. I gave 2 stars because the floors around the zones were gross, the mats were stained and the bathrooms were just the same. Debris scattered everywhere and the balls were super grungy. Things just didn’t seem like they were replaced when broken down or taken care of."

"First time here taking my kids. It was clean and not busy. Bathrooms were clean, staff were nice. Sky Zone has 3 rooms for birthday’s and they’re plenty big enough to accommodate parties up to ?30 people per room. If I had to compare Sky Zone to Urban Air, Urban Air has more activities. If I never been to Urban Air, Sky Zone would be good place for a trampoline park."

"I had lower expectations from the previous reviews but our experience wasn’t bad. I guess we went on glow night so we didn’t really see any of the dust or debris. Someone must’ve also cleaned the restrooms because the women’s wasn’t dirty enough to mention. I will say every single employee was on their phone && some attractions weren’t fully functioning. You do get a good workout && make good memories but it’s very repetitive for the price. Similar to Chicago location."
