"Rat infested property since early November 2023, management has been completely negligent and had a laissez-faire approach in dealing with the rats everywhere. Multiple units made untenable by rats due to property damage and excrement contamination. Management provides over all terrible customer service, management is not on site and takes days to respond to urgent messages. Eventual responses drip with condescension. Being forced to move due to severe health risk hazards in an untenable environment cost me several hundred more than my rent should have been. I was told my sense of urgency to resolve the issue was “inappropriate.” The local department of health should investigate these premises and management for negligence and their lassie faire style with residents emergency housing problems. Multiple residents affected by the rat infestation."

"We were very happy here. We lived at Camino Ruiz Square Apartments for over 3 years and loved it. The amenities are awesome. The pool was so fun, the workout room was great, the grass area was amazing! Abel and Marta, the maintenance team, were always very prompt, friendly, and helpful. The office staff members were very helpful, flexible, and understanding. The apartments are in a great location- close to fast food, the 101 freeway, gas, and a bank. Great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Beautiful landscape. Safe area. What could be better?"

"Great location, well maintained throughout complex with friendly management and office staff. Other tenants were good people and I enjoyed a friendly relationship with those living near me. I rarely heard any pet noises and pet owners were respectful of the apartment grounds and picked up their pet deposits."
