"I only lived here for 4 months (unfortunately) but it was an amazing time! It's a small complex and everyone was very nice. It's quiet and always seems to smell really good from other people cooking! The pool was always extremely clean and well kept, parking spot is assigned and covered, there was extra storage space at your parking spot, always got a good breeze through the windows, and water was included which was a huge plus for me. As for Vanessa (property manager), she lives on site, but I think I only saw her like 3 times. She's always working and out and about so it's not intimidating to have her on site at all and whenever I needed anything, I would text her and get an immediate response! If you are looking for a nice, homey place to live, I definitely suggest choosing this place!"

"Good honest apartment complex. It is an old building, but the landlord is quick to get their service team to replace and fix items of concern quickly (typically within a few days). Vanessa is fantastic and lives on property, allowing her to be easy to get ahold of. Buy an ac unit for your place and it is a great place to live. It is also very affordable, in comparison to most places in Ventura County."
