"My family’s experience has been nothing but nightmares since transferring units with broken appliances and electric issues. New Management ( Megan) is extremely unprofessional which you can never get a hold of her and never responds back to you. She truly doesn’t care about her residents and the issues that are happening in your home. I would never recommend this place to anybody and please do your research before leasing here."
"SEE PHOTOS AT END OF REVIEW! If I could leave no stars I would. I am updating from my previous review that was for the old manager,Bianca. I recently did a transfer, upgrading my unit and has been a complete nightmare since the new manager Megan has taken over. The property has gone completely south. First my unit was not move in ready! The aesthetics of the kitchen light fixture was unacceptable (see posted pics). The closet doors had stickers and residue from previous tenant... disgusting!! Replaced one month after move in. The dishwasher sparks and still sparks to this day so I can't use it since they refuse to replace it. The stove glass top shattered a week after move in. After 2 weeks it was finally replaced but not installed properly, that took a month. After getting it installed they installed a used, dirty, dusty stove top that looked like it had been in storage for years. On thanksgiving eve Nov. 22nd, I placed an emergency maintenance call for the refrigerator malfunctioning from cold, to warm, to freezing, to a loud knocking noise with no return call. We had to leave the apartment unexpectedly to try to make our thanksgiving meal elsewhere. On Nov. 25th, I made a second emergency maintenance call due to the fridge not working at all at this point. My food had then spoiled and was smelling my apartment up, with AGAIN no return call from maintenance. Payton emailed me regards to my TWO maintenance emergency calls on Monday November 27th, stating maintenance had gone in and looked at the fridge with no communication to me. Jesus came back on Tuesday after it had inconstant temperatures and the knocking sound continued even after replacing the fan. Again I called the emergency line Tuesday around 9:30pm, Jesus responded to the call and said he would be back in the morning to replace the refrigerator. The refrigerator was replaced with a used one that has several damaged dents to it. This took one week to try to accomplish with this property. Payton emailed Wednesday Nov. 29th asking for receipts for the loss of food that totaled up to around $500. I called 2 days later and spoke with Alicia (a temp) asking if Megan was available and she had said no. I asked her to have Megan call me and not email me , yet 2 minutes later Megan had emailed me stating I need to go through my renters insurance for my loss of food. Avoiding my phone calls. According to my renters insurance I need to file a claim through the property since the appliance is not my personal property. This has caused a financial burden without having a fridge for a week, having to throw everything in it and causing us to eat out everyday. The customer service and communication especially with Megan the manager, has been non-existent after numerous calls and emails. I was told by Megan, Jamie the regional would contact me and still haven't heard from either of them. I have emailed Ownership and the leasing management Dec. 12th, 2023 with again no response. All they care about is how the property grounds appliances look with brand new BBQ's, laundry facility, and the model looks perfect but has no comparison to what you actually get in your apartment. The reality is not what they advertise. My transfer was in September and I have communicated to this leasing management office that I feel like my apartment has electrical issues and nothing has been done. All my appliances have gone bad or been dysfunctional. The only use I have for my dishwasher is storage space. Everything to Themis "FINE" there favorite words. DO NOT LEASE HERE. My lease is up in 5 months and I am out of here!! Look at other surrounding complexes , with the amount of rent for this apartment I can go get newer working appliances and better customer service. This unit is just a mess!"
"If you love and enjoy your sleep… do not move here dogs are barking all night long. Owners of the dogs do nothing to stop their dogs from barking all night long. Nothing is being done either to address this issue. Noise policy isn’t enforced so there might as well not be a noise policy. The apartments itself is nice but the noise is terrible."
"Everything is great living here, my apartment is amazing just minor maintenance issues from time to time but the negative side about living here is not being able to sleep. Theres way too many dogs barking and weeping specially at the worst times of the night and owners don't seem to control them. Also theres two navy sailors on each side of my apartment who keep blasting music and having loud conversations past quiet hours, if its not one its the other on random days. Really annoys me how someone cant have common sense to know that theres neighbors trying to sleep because most have to wake up early for work or school. Furthermore i own two parking spots and someone had the audacity to park in my parking spot that i pay for while i was gone. Lastly i was doing laundry and somebody took out my wet clothes out of the drier so they can put theirs. There should be a community wide announcement about respecting quiet hours and peoples properties."
