I have lived all around Los Angeles, and this apartment complex is in a fabulous location --- nestled between parks, neighborhoods, a school, and a shopping plaza. Nick and management have been great so far --- really appreciate the straightforward move-in process. The grounds are well-kept, the neighbors have been friendly, and there is plenty of parking. Overall has been a great experience!"

"Avalon Mission Oaks is a great community to live Office Staff is warm, energetic, & pros at this. They add thoughtful touches on a regular basis. The maintenance is on top of the landscaping & quick to reply to service requests. Our unit doesn’t have “high end” appliances (some do), but pricing is reasonable & units are clean & spacious! If you’re looking for a low key, zen community w/ lots of joggers & great neighbors, this is the spot for you! I can’t say enough good things about life here."
