"Villas at the Park apartments are nice and so were my neighbors. I lived there for almost three years and went through at least 3 Property Managers; however, they were all nice and responded to issues. Rent was too expensive, especially compared to other locations in various states that have more amenities. Paying over $2K for a 1-bedroom, not including utilities, is ridiculous. If you can afford it or do not mind paying the cost, it’s a nice place to live."

"The bad reviews on Villas at the Park are old and should be disregarded. We've had our far share of management and apartment complexes over the years. We've had some very pleasant to absolute nightmares. Villas at the Park is on the very pleasant end of that scale. Contrary to what others have said years ago, the current management team is incredibly responsive and maintenance requests get finished same-day, often same hour you called. - The property is kept clean and the landscaping is second to none. They invest a lot of money to keep things green. - One of the best things you'll enjoy about living at Villas is how quiet it is. You NEVER hear neighbors. Everything is so calm and peaceful. - Move out was very fair. We made sure to follow their move-out checklist, what to clean when we left. We did our part and they followed-through with the maximum security deposit back to us. That's just good business and we appreciate it. Overall, if you're thinking of moving into Villas at the Park, you'd be making a really great choice. You'll be happy here."
